A 13 Minute Video Every Voter Should Watch

A short documentary minus narration that looks at Obama’s first term with regards to transparency, healthcare, taxes, fairness, energy, and the national debt through his own words.
Please watch it yourself to make sure you are properly educated, and then share it with your politically moderate or undecided friends/family.

Cleansing not dieting will keep weight off

"Did you know that our bodies protect us from toxins by storing them in our fat cells, and in order to allow our body to lose weight, we must reduce the intake of toxins (such as pesticides, chemicals, drugs, artificial sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oil and substances found in processed food). These toxic chemicals are also affecting our hormones and liver functions in charge of metabolism. So instead of reducing calories, reduce toxins to lose weight, regain health and youth & enjoy life!" — with Kristin Arnett. My comment: I heard pineapple cleanses the body.

Banana smoothie for brain health

"Super Brain Banana Smoothie By JoAnn Bayus As a health educator who specializes in natural approached to brain health, I’m always trying to find new ways to incorporate brain foods into my diet. My Super Brain Smoothie is both simple to fix and packed with foods your brain will love. Kiwi fruit and chia seeds both contain brain healthy omega 3 fatty acids. Research shows that deficiencies in omega 3s have been linked to depression and behavior problems in children. Bananas contain magnesium. In their book, The Happiness Diet, Tyler Graham and Dr. Drew Ramsey state, “increasing magnesium levels in the brain improves memory and learning, while a deficiency can lead to depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, and fatigue.” Finally, both berries and green tea are beneficial to the brain due to their antioxidant properties. Ingredients: (I recommend using organic versions of all items listed.) 1 peeled Kiwi ½ banana (for best results use sliced and frozen bananas) ½ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen) 3 green tea ice cubes (made from brewed organic green tea) 1 tbsp ground chia Seeds 1½ cups almond milk Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes one large serving. Enjoy!" http://www.mindbodygreen.com/0-6199/Super-Brain-Smoothie.html

Now the world knows Obama, the real Obama

Compared with Clinton and Bush, Obama's behavior is bizarre, insane, selfish even childish. I did not vote for the guy last time. Now the world knows.

Alarming view of Obama from abroad. Similar to their dictators.

My teen chooses the Lord

Bruce, my 13 yr. old son, is scheduled for Confirmation this year. However, the process requires that this be his decision, not mine. There'll be interviews to ascertain that. Last night, I had a talk with him and told him that it is alright to delay it if he is not ready. I removed any pressure on my part saying that this has to be his choice now. He decided to move forward with the program. Today, we're submitting forms, retreat permits, Baptismal certificates to the program director. There are lots of steps and activities e.g. community service, picking a name, writing about a saint etc. Even if it is a pain, in a way I like it because it highlights various aspects of our life in Christ.

Gov. Romney more in touch with the poor than Obama

Among other jobs, I cooked sausages at Fenway Park, worked on asphalt paving crew, stacked bales of hay on a farm, volunteered in an emergency room, served food at a nursing home, and worked as a child-care assistant. I’m often asked which was the hardest job – it’s child care, by a mile.” “One day I gathered trash as a garbage collector. I stood on that little platform at the back of the truck, holding on as the driver navigated his way through the narrow streets of Boston. As we pulled up to traffic lights, I noticed that the shoppers and businesspeople who were standing only a few feet from me didn’t even see me. It was as if I was invisible. Perhaps it was because a lot of us don’t think garbage men are worthy of notice; I disagree – anyone who works that hard deserves our respect. – I wasn’t a particularly good garbage collector: at one point, after filling the trough at the back of the truck, I pulled the wrong hydraulic lever. Instead of pushing the load into the truck, I dumped it onto the street. Maybe the suits didn’t notice me, but the guys at the construction site sure did…” (251) By: http://www.facebook.com/aVoice4life SOURCES: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/10/01/mitt-romneys-garbage-man-47-percent_n_1928813.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+HP%2FPolitics+%28Politics+on+The+Huffington+Post%29#slide=1421402 http://www.theblaze.com/stories/new-union-ad-claims-romney-doesnt-even-appreciate-garbage-man-flashback-when-romney-worked-as-trash-collector-during-gov-campaign/
